Dr. Martha V. Smyth

Dr. Smyth has been in dentistry for over thirty years. She began her career as a dental hygienist but dreamed of becoming a dentist. She pursued her dream, graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1990. Dr Smyth furthered her education with general practice residency at the Veterans Administration in Gainesville.

Dr. Smyth has had her own practice in Ormond Beach since 1998. She enjoys working with patients of all ages ranging from young children to the aged.

Dr. Smyth is a native Floridian, having been born in Jacksonville. She has a sister and three brothers most of whom live close enough to enjoy family get-togethers. She also enjoys being a mom to her daughter Maria, whom she adopted from Guatemala.

Dr Smyth enjoys jogging, bicycling, reading and keeping up with her very active daughter.
